Returns

Please let us know you intend to exchange or return your order within 7 days of receiving your delivery.  We allow another 7 days for the item to arrive back to our store.  For International Deliveries we allow 14 days for your item to arrive back to our store.  

The item(s) must be returned unworn and new condition, with all Another Love and Designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted.

Australian Returns Procedure

Once you have contacted us to let us know that you will be returning your order, please return the article to our postal address as below.  Please ensure that you return the item by courier or another trackable form of delivery as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

A refund will be issued to the original card that was used to purchase the items within 7 working days of receipt of the return. In most instances this is done the same day we receive your item back.  Please note processing timelines are dependent on your bank and are unfortunately out of our control. The refund will include the full value of the items returned excluding any delivery cost that you have paid.  
 

We will notify you by email as soon as your return as has been received and refunded.

 

International Returns Proceedure

Return the article to our postal address by a means of your choice.  The responsibility for the article remains that of the customer so we recommend using a trackable service and also to consider postal insurance.

Exchanges

Please contact us with the details of your exchange and the alternate item you would like.  We are happy to reserve your selected item and ship your new item to you once your return has been received.  Please send the item back to us via Express Post or a similar trackable service so that you can ensure the parcel arrives safely back to us as we do not take responsibility for lost items. We will send your exchange out to you free of extra shipping fees.

 

Returns on Sale Items

We accept returns and exchanges on Sale Items marked down up to 60%.  We unfortunately do not accept returns on Sale Items marked down 60% or more. 

Please take into account any extra discount you have applied to your cart as this is considered as part of the mark down price.

 

Shoes

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. We are unable to accept shoes for refund or exchange if the soles show signs of wear or have scratches present.  Please ensure also that the Another Love swing tag is still attached to each shoe. The shoe box will also need to be returned in the condition it was received. 

 

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.

 

Faulty goods

Where we identify that there is a fault with an item we guarantee to provide a prompt repair, replacement or a refund.  We will endeavour to replace or repair your item.  If we your item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be issued with a refund. We will issue you with a refund for the amount that you paid for the item if we cannot repair or replace your item.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time frame from purchase. Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault.
