What size should I order?

We know it can be a bit difficult to know what size you are, especially as many of our designers are international. To help you figure out your size, each product has a SIZE & FIT tab.  There you will find our personal recommendation to determine your selection easily! There is also a universal SIZE CHART on each product page thats shows all international and Australian sizing conversion.  Should you require help please do not hesitate to contact us.

Should I wish to return an item, when will my refund show up in my account?

We offer a very quick returns process.  Once we have received your item, and your return has been approved we will process your refund immediately into the payment method in which you used to purchase. However depending on your bank, in some instances please allow 5 - 10 days for your refund to return to your account.

Does ANOTHER LOVE ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you need to send items in your order to different addresses, i.e. for a gift, we suggest you place separate orders for each item. As we offer free shipping within Australia, hopefully this doesn't cause too much inconvenience!

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared to be dispatched we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.  If you need to make any amendments, please telephone or email customer care on for assistance.
